About Web Design of Austin

Web Design of Austin was founded in 2006 by Mark Brumley. After eight years overseas, Mark and his family moved back to the USA and settled in Austin. Soon, requests for web site design came in from friends, family and small businesses. Web Design of Austin was born.

Mark recognizes the need for small businesses to gain a web presence with superior design but not break the bank. In short, a balanced approach is his philosophy.

For example, too many web design companies offer a ridiculously low price which yields poor design, lack of service and tacking on additional expenses. A $199 website is simply not realistic. Large design firms offer excellent designs but the prices are extremely high and beyond the reach of small businesses. Few small business people, especially start-ups, have $10k for a site.
